Meet Rufus!

Rufus is a one year old terrier. He was found without a collar on the streets. He was brought to the the Downey shelter, where he was kept for a month. He was very shy, but he has started opening up now that he is away from the loud shelter. Thanks to Grover's Fund, we were able to get him out of the shelter and into a quieter environment.
