The Los Angeles Police Department not only rescues people, they also rescue animals.  Every year Voice For The Animals Foundation creates a calendar featuring LAPD officers with their rescued animals. Each month features an LAPD officer with their adorable rescue pet! Proceeds will go to the medical treatment, food, and shelter of abandoned animals in need.
