Meet Toto!

Toto was born to a very loving owner, who unfortunately passed away. The neighbors found Toto mourning his owner's death and living in a box on the property. They brought him in to the shelter, and he was in a very distraught state. Luckily, Voice For The Animals was able to pull him out. Thanks to Grover's Fund, we are able to find him another loving home. Thank you!
